2010 Collection trickling into the online shop!

I've finally had a bit of time to update my online store. I'm redesigning parts of it so from time to time, things might look a little off, but it's all for the sake of making it prettier, I promise.
I've added a new category for Twigs & Honey products: Twigs & Honey Luxe
These products will be for those who want to splurge on the highest quality of Twigs & Honey head pieces. These pieces are very special and unique and are made with extra care and have even more intricate detail work. I hope you enjoy!

Lovely wedding featured in Unveiled Weddings

Elizabeth Messina has really blown me away with these beautiful photos from her brother's wedding to the prettiest bride, Lauren. I got a sneak peak last month and have been dying to see more photos. I made Lauren a dramatic bridal hat with handmade, oversized silk white flowers and a double feather flower with detachable birdcage veil. Lauren wore them beautifully! Cutest little girl

Elizabeth Messina has a b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l family. I always love seeing her gorgeous girls photographed in the most beautiful way that only Elizabeth could do. Earlier this month, it was her precious Jasmine's birthday (happy be-lated birthday!). I love these photos of her in all her cuteness:

I talk with the hubby sometimes about how we wonder what our kids will look like in the future. Matt hopes that they get my skin (tans, doesn't burn) and my dark, thick hair... I hope they get Matt's big green/blue eyes and height. We're both hoping they get Matt's fast twitch muscles (he was a hurdler) and my endurance (I ran distance) so that we could have the most awesome 800m track star. Aw... we shall see. ;)

Two beautiful Twigs & Honey features!

The cats out of the bag... Twigs & Honey has a new collection (available online very soon!) and I am so giddy over the photos of the pieces by Elizabeth Messina. I've been on cloud 9 looking over the photos... each one is really a piece of art (no, literally! I was telling Matt how you could print any one of them out and frame it for lovely wall art). So dreamy. It was a HUGE amount of work and creative energy to complete the new collection and I thank everyone for their patience with me these last couple weeks! Especially, I'd like to thank Elizabeth Messina for her always, gorgeous photography. I also want to thank Kathryn of Snippet & Ink for this lovely inspiration board today that includes a Twigs & Honey piece:

I had to drop everything to do a quick post...

Thank you, Elizabeth Messina!
I know I keep gushing about Elizabeth Messina, but with good reason... as talented of a photographer this lady is, she is equally kind, professional and thoughtful... and stunning! I've been seeing more of the gorgeous photos from A Lovely Workshop appearing on blogs including Style Me Pretty (go HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE), and I just love to oogle every single one. A few minutes ago, I got a UPS package... a big package. I thought, "hmm... what did I purchase recently??" When I opened the box, I found within it, a beautiful and heavy wooden box with gorgeous embellishing. I would have been giddy with just the box, but the contents just made me squeal out loud. Countless high-quality prints all wrapped in bundles with raffia, a disc from A Lovely Workshop, and an oh-so-pretty card. Elizabeth... you ridiculously sweet lady, you!

Above and beyond... this lady exceeds expecations in every way and I am so grateful to have worked with her. Thank you, thank you Elizabeth Messina!! Happy Monday!

I think (no, I know!) Twigs & Honey pieces are more well-traveled than me. Last week, they were on a snow capped peak for a shoot... Today, they are in lovely Napa Valley for a wonderful photography workshop by none other than one of the most talented photographers out there, Elizabeth Messina. I cannot wait to see the results. If they are anything like these...:

I've been admiring the new blog, kiss the groom, which is by the very talented photographer, Elizabeth Messina. All her work is just lovely! A few weeks ago, she had a giveaway for a book written by one of her longtime clients, Tori Spelling! I got it! Hooray! Thank you, Elizabeth! The book, sTORI TELLING, was also signed by Tori and her husband. Too cute!

I love this tri-fold card that Elizabeth sent in a vellum envelope.
